PURPOSE
Mission Statement: The mission of the Trust is to advance educational, cultural, and charitable causes by leveraging its resources to benefit society through various initiatives and programs.
Objectives: The Trust is established for the following educational, cultural, and charitable purposes.
- To promote educational activities for the public at large, without distinction of caste, creed, or religion, across all fields of education.
- To establish and operate educational institutions at various levels, including Schools, Colleges, Technical Training Centers (such as ITIs), and Universities offering programs in Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Medical Science. These institutions will focus on research in both established and emerging technologies, aiming to empower youth to be self-sufficient and self-employed while fostering personal development.
- To establish private universities in one or more states of India in accordance with prevailing state regulations to promote education and skill development in alignment with the Trust’s objectives.
- To support, run, maintain, assist, finance, and help establishments that aid the poor and needy.
- To provide scholarships and financial assistance to support educational pursuits.
- To conduct and support research in technical and educational development.
- To publish journals, monographs, manuals, papers, proceedings, reports, and bulletins to advance education, medical relief, and aid to the poor.
- To encourage and support innovative ideas from industry-based individuals by providing necessary facilities to benefit society in general and the poor and needy in particular.
- To promote education in all aspects of life, including health, social harmony, and patriotic values.
- To collaborate with government, national, international, U.N.O., or other organizations’ welfare programs to enhance educational development.
- To acquire lands, premises, and other movable and immovable properties through lease, outright purchase, or agreements to fulfill the Trust’s objectives.
- To accept gifts and donations in any form that support the aims and objectives of the Trust.
- To provide grants-in-aid or donations to charitable institutions or bodies.
- To undertake all activities ancillary to achieving the Trust’s objectives.

Mr. Saroj Kumar Mishra (President): With a Bachelor’s degree from Darbhanga University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Saroj Kumar Mishra boasts over four decades of experience. His tenure spans TELCON and Lohia Starlinger, where he honed expertise in machining, assembly, and manufacturing various machinery aggregates. Beyond his professional achievements, Mishra has dedicatedly served society, exemplified by his three-decade tenure as President of Pramahans Laxminath Goswami Samiti Bistupur, Jamshedpur.
Mrs. Amrita Mishra (Vice-President): Mrs. Amrita Mishra, with a BA in Psychology and an MA in Political Science, is a dedicated social worker and environmental advocate. She is actively involved in women welfare organizations of ITBP and Bihar Police, focusing on empowerment, mental health support, and community development. Passionate about environmental protection, Mrs. Mishra participates in the plantation of various species and has extensive knowledge in horticulture. Her multifaceted expertise and commitment to social and environmental causes make her a respected and influential figure, dedicated to improving the lives of women and promoting sustainable practices.
Mr. Chandeshwar Khan (Vice-President): Prof. Chandreshwar Khan is a seasoned management consultant and trainer with a B.Sc. in Metallurgy from NIT Jamshedpur and an M.Tech in HRD and Management from IIT Kharagpur. Awarded the Best Faculty by IIMM and Best Ethics Trainer by Tata Motors, he has served in key roles such as Ex-Chairman of ISTD Jamshedpur and National Vice-President of IISM. A prolific author and international speaker, Prof. Khan has conducted training in over 25 countries. With 35 years at Tata Motors, he has led initiatives in Six Sigma, Kaizen, and customer service excellence.
Mr. Manas Kumar Mishra (Secretary): M. Tech from IIT Mumbai and with over three decades of experience in the automotive industry, Manas Kumar Mishra has excelled in product development, project management, and technical expertise. Noteworthy achievements include leading teams in compliance with emission standards and alternative fuel technologies. His leadership extends to educational institutions, evidenced by his chairmanship at Vidya Bharti Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Telco Jamshedpur. He is also BOG member of RVSCET.He was also industry representative in ISM Dhanbad BOG.
Mrs. Abha Mishra (Jt. Secretary): Mrs. Abha Mishra is a dedicated social worker and an active member of the NGO Adharsh Mahila Mandal in Kariho, Supaul. She is deeply committed to improving the lives of women in her community through various empowerment and support initiatives. Her work with Adharsh Mahila Mandal involves addressing social issues, providing educational opportunities, and promoting health and well-being. Mrs. Mishra’s tireless efforts and compassionate approach have made her a vital figure in her community, continually striving to uplift and empower women through her dedicated service.
Mrs Sangita Mishra (Treasurer): Mrs. Sangita Mishra, holding an MA in Political Science, is a committed social worker and an active member of the NGO Adharsh Mahila Mandal in Kariho, Supaul. She plays a crucial role in advancing women’s welfare and empowerment within her community. Her academic background in political science enriches her understanding of social issues and enhances her advocacy efforts. Mrs. Mishra’s dedication to her work through Adharsh Mahila Mandal involves organizing educational programs, health initiatives, and support services for women. Her tireless efforts and compassionate approach have significantly impacted the lives of many, making her a respected figure in her community.
